The GS-24 cuts any common material of 50-700mm width. It cuts vinyl, flock, heat transfer and sandblast material. Even magnetic materials and cardboard are cut into perfection, thanks to a blade force of 350g.
Applications range from vehicle graphics, signage and stickers, to heat-applied graphics for apparel and packaging prototypes.

Thanks to a completely redesigned cutting carriage and blade holder, the GS-24 offers better stability and a 40% increase in downforce. This means you can cut as never before – even in dense materials. But that’s not all. Thanks to its matchless reliability the GS-24 will cut the competition to pieces, for years to come. In short, the GS-24 delivers performances on which you can build your business.
Thanks to its innovative digital servomotor you can cut at speeds of up to 500 mm per second. But speed means nothing without precision. That is why the GS-24 always combines optimum productivity with the highest level of precision.
Overlap cutting (x10) and perforated cutting, plus the option to cut by line colour simplify your job. In addition the GS-24 cuts out your prints perfectly thanks to the optical detection system that recognises crop marks.
If you do not have a printer yet, you could also opt for a device that combines printing and cutting. What are the advantages of using one device for both printing and cutting?
All Roland cutters are supplied with the CutStudio software. This allows you to quickly and easily enlarge, reduce, reposition, rotate and mirror images. You can also create simple designs, format text, and import images. The software is so user-friendly that no graphics training is required to achieve professional results.

*1 According to material and cutting conditions as specified by Roland DG Corp. (using the PNS-24 stand, sold separately).
*2 Excluding material expansion and contraction. Provided that media length is under 1600 mm.
*3 Using Roland CutStudio, a laser or inkjet printer having a resolution of 720 dpi or better. Excluding glossy or laminated material. Excluding effects of printing distortion due to printer precision and effects of material expansion, contraction, or warping. Depending on the ink (black) employed by the printer used, correct sensing may not be possible.
